50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall-ball
, 20 pound ball
Slam-ball
, 20 pound ball
On Wall-ball and Slam-ball dropped reps don’t count. Slam-ball reps must be caught on first bounce. Wall-ball target is ten feet above floor.
