Monkey Bar Gym - Cardio

I grabbed this workout from Monkey Bar Gym. Jon Hinds does an incredible job with great routines.



Each exercise is done for 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest for 6 minutes.

Broad Jumps
1 leg lateral jumps
Around the world (Basically starting from a plank position, you lift the R hand, then put it down, then lift the L foot, place it down...you'll rotate around the body in this pattern for 30 seconds.)
Sit up and reach with medicine ball.
