Up in the San Gabriel Mountains
I had a craving to get outside so I drove a few blocks and did my workout in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.

50 Ring Dips (actual 150 tree stump dips)
Run 400 meters (Up the trail)
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups (15 with hands on tree stump, and feet up on other tree. Killer!)
